On the evening of Tuesday, November 9, 2010, at midnight, the witness, in the kitchen of his apartment, was observing the stars when he noticed a group of three yellowish lights moving and forming a triangle. The observation ended abruptly with the disappearance of the three bright points and lasted barely two seconds. A few days later, the same observation occurred again (date, time, duration, and circumstances not specified). The satellite hypothesis does not fit at that time of night. The yellowish color and the movement consistent with the wind direction could suggest a case of misidentification with Thai lanterns seen at the moment they went out.
