On November 21, 2010 at 5:55 p.m., a person opening the kitchen window of their apartment on the 9th floor is intrigued by the unusual presence of a luminous phenomenon toward the East. In the cloudy sky, the witness observes the movement of three lights (one red and two blue) arranged in a triangle and approaching his building rapidly. The witness then observes a darker triangular shape outlined by these lights and hears a rustling of the air. The phenomenon disappears as it passes over his building. The observation lasted between 10 and 15 seconds. No other testimony was collected. This testimony is of good consistency thanks to a very well-filled questionnaire and a field investigation that confirmed the elements of the observation.
