An account in Ard�che, France

On November 8, 2013 at 5:40 a.m., a witness lying in bed observes through the window the very slow passage in the clear sky of an elongated shape with a flashing light. The UAP moves toward the southeast. No sound is heard during the 15 minutes of observation; the phenomenon gradually disappears. Only one testimony is collected. This observation report is truly brief: the witness describes neither the shape nor the color, nor the lighting of what he sees. The strangeness of the phenomenon is fairly low since the witness first thinks he sees an airplane; it is only the apparent slowness of the phenomenon that makes it strange: a relative angle of movement with respect to the witness could possibly explain this surprising effect. This case, of low strangeness and low consistency, is classified "C" for lack of information.
