A low hum in Sarthe, France
On September 13, 2009 between 9:30 PM and 10 PM, two military police officers on patrol observe a motionless and dark mass stationary above the town hall of Chahaignes. Elongated in shape, with two kinds of wings and two red lights blinking asynchronously, the object then moves slowly. A slight humming sound is heard coming from the object. Leaving the village, the patrol will observe this mass again at very low altitude above the fields, and it seems to follow the terrain. The patrol continuing its rounds leaves the object behind, which will have disappeared when they return to the area. No other testimony will be collected on this phenomenon.
This observation has very good consistency, due to two quality witnesses with a very detailed report to the military police.
