Red lights in Eure, France
On September 19, 1979 at 10 p.m., two witnesses out jogging observe in the sky a red glow in the shape of a ball that sparkles like a star. Suddenly this glow moves at a dizzying speed to approach the witnesses. No noise and no movement of air or heat were noticed. Describing a curve, this glow stops for 3 to 4 seconds about 200 meters from the witnesses above the edge of the forest. A dark mass appears inside this glow. The phenomenon disappears abruptly.
