This is a 2009 observation testified to 3 years later. The witness states, "a large majority of the people I told about these events made fun of me. Even so, today, after careful thought, I want to believe that your official organization is obliged to take my observations and my photos into account." During a festive evening on a terrace at 11 p.m., a reddish-orange luminous point followed by about ten other points was seen moving in the starry sky. The whole group stops for 30 seconds, then each point disappears one by one. No noise is heard. Fifteen people observed the phenomenon. Only the witness gives a testimony accompanied by photographs. The observation has many characteristics of Thai lanterns, in particular the colors, the movement in formation, and the lights going out one by one. The photos provided are also consistent with this hypothesis. The movement then the stop are compatible with the weather indicating wind with small gusts from Infoclimat. The sudden extinction of the flame is often interpreted as a departure at dizzying speed.
