A witness reports an observation made at night on August 30 or 31, 2009, from the terrace of his home. A pair of blinking, static lights appears above the sea. Through binoculars, the witness notes that these lights are connected to each other by "a flat, elongated base like a line." After twenty to thirty minutes of observation, the object eventually moves away toward the East. No other testimony will be collected.
