Hovering in Ard�che, France
On October 18 at around 10:00 p.m., a couple in a car observed one, then two, blinking lights that were stationary and at low altitude. The lights were orange with a white light and were rotating counterclockwise. A dark shape was located beneath the lights. After about ten minutes, these lights eventually left, moving very slowly.
