A low hum in Scotland, Tillicoultry
Low frequency hum, like a plane constantly overhead at high altitude I notice it much more when stressed. My Girlfriend has heard it only once. My neighbours can't hear it. I still think it may be local sewage treatment plant. Would like to disconnect their power supply to find out.
