Like a helicopter hovering over my neighbourhood or an electrical hum that comes from a stereo but everywhere It sometimes begins with an overhead helicopter but then the helicopter sound decreases but does not go away for the rest of the night - up to 8 hours of continuous noise. I believe it is night helicopter training and have made complaints to air traffic control
