A low hum in 77584

It is a sound and feeling. I had my ears checked. It is like a constant, pulsing sound. Almost what I would imagine moving electricity would sound like. It is a low vibration sound. Almost how I would imagine an ET spacecraft would sound. I know that is weird, but it is the only way to describe it. Even if I put in ear plugs I can still feel it. I need clarity. Medical help has helped me. Only me and my daughter hear it. We are highly sensitive to a lot of things. I thank you for providing some peace and answers. The noise is has a slow haunting pulse sometimes.
