A low hum in USA, Bella Vista

Barely audible variable hum only noticeable indoors at night, sounds like a bulldozer that is far away It is very hilly where I live and thought maybe it is a vibration bouncing through the hills thus the variable amplitude. The ground is also very rocky. One night after I first became aware I walked around the neighborhood at 4 am to see if i could pinpoint a direction but it appeared equal everywhere I went. At first i thought it was music being played all night but then I was hearing it every night. After the first few weeks after hearing it I went to the store one day (i drive very little and work from home) and noticed that my hearing was very sensitive to the sound from my stereo, it felt like my hearing had become hypersensitive. I have asked a few neighbors if they hear it and none do. Sometimes I will be sitting watching tv and i can feel a sort of pulse vibration which brought on a little anxiety as it felt like i was being targeted in some way. My best guess is that it is some sort of seismic activity which has been very active in neighboring Oklahoma over the past few years.

Low frequency hum, always same frequency, I'd estimate around 50hz (at least my perception). I only hear it at/in my home, if I'm at another location, I don't think I've ever heard of it.

Low pitch hum estimating around 50-100hz The sound is not a perfect pure tone, and has slight volume changes, it sounds similar to the hum of a fan motor. I have driven around in an attempt
