A low hum in Albuquerque, NM

It's a hum, a vibration, a low frequency sound. I hear it mostly at night, but also some days, it sounds cyclical, like peaks and valleys in the sound, like rolling, constant, annoying. I started hearing about a year ago, I thought it was something in my house, then thought it was some equipment running on one of my neighbors house, never being able to pin point it. Lately I can hear it anywhere, not only in my house, I hear it much clearer indoors.
