Sounds like a water pump (low hum of a motor) I live opposite a water storage but they swear blind nothing is running over there. Even had environmental health in with sound monitor but said no sound. Defo sound and when I move my head the sound changes in my ears like the dopler affect. I dont hear it at all outside.
