Low frequency, low volume, pulsating hum with vibration. Feels like a machine is boring into the earths crust and causing sound to vibrate out through the ground. If I had to say what it is I would say a quarry working machine is boring into the ground causing vibration. It feels man made. It can not be the sea or wind turbines as the hours it happens would be more random. If it is low frequency radio transmission why would there be vibration? It fits in with a working day 5.30am till around 11.00am (lunch) then 1.00pm till 8.00pm. It has just stopped again now 1.55pm. (Machine broken or being relocated?) Could it be Fracking?
