Long low sine wave form. 24-30Hertz I will say that trying to use ear plugs or noise cancelling headphones doesn’t seem to work. They actually almost make it the hum more pronounced. Durning my experimenting with that, I used my hands to cover my ears and that seems to stop the pulsating hum and throbbing immediately.
