A low hum in 59865, St Ignatius

a low pulsing hum, reminds me of a large industrial fan rotating. Louder at night. It started in Nov. 2018. I thought it was a vehicle outside playing there base real loud. NO car was there, my 30 year old son did not and does not hear it. I know it is not tinnitus because I have that condition already. This is not something I want for attention. I would like it to go away. If you ever find a solution that would be nice. Mean while I use a radio and a sound machine during the day and a radio and a cd player on replay at night. Most of the time this works but not always.
