A low hum in Port Angeles, WA 98362

like the toilet is filling up or a plane in flying overhead. I just moved to Port Angeles, WA from Brier, WA. Brier has lots of background noise, so the Hum was just another noise. PA is very quiet. Why am I hearing this noise? It is driving me crazy, especially since I cannot identify the source and so far no one else hears it.
