A low hum in USA, Irving

Low frequency hum like an engine running in the distance that increases and decreases with intensity. Thank you for your research and effort, knowing that I am not alone with hearing this annoying and bothersome noise is validation that the sound does exist and others are bothered by it as well. I hope one day that the mystery will be solved and everyone that suffers from this noisy nuisance will be able to live and sleep peacefully. God bless you!
