A low hum in US, Arnoldsville

A low frequency rumbling, similar to a dispel engine. I've noticed the sound is remarkably similar to that of general frequencies of Earth recorded from satellites. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5AVHXMLDvWA I don't see how there could be much of a correlation, of course, seeing as how these noises are converted radio wave frequencies. Regardless, I thought it was interesting.
