A low hum in USA, Brock

Low hum no one else around me can hear. Sound is amplified when i lay my head against a pillow. I wish the sound would go away. I am a person that hate the ticking of a clock so my house has nothing but digital clocks. An extremely repetitive noise drives me bonkers.
