A low hum in USA, Westminster

A low frequency hum more like a vibration but in my mind it seems audible The closest recreation of the noise that I have found comes from a seventies sci-fi/horror movie called "Phantasm", when the actors are inside the portal room, not nearly as loud as the movie but the same type of humming/shifting/breathing sound, this same sound only muffled and from far away. -my best guess anyway

Low frequency hum, always same frequency, I'd estimate around 50hz (at least my perception). I only hear it at/in my home, if I'm at another location, I don't think I've ever heard of it.

Low pitch hum estimating around 50-100hz The sound is not a perfect pure tone, and has slight volume changes, it sounds similar to the hum of a fan motor. I have driven around in an attempt

Very low-pitched continuous drone. Pitch rises and falls slightly but can remain steady at times. Inaudible to my wife. Reminiscent of the hum from a large transformer/sub station but there

Low hum, sometimes pulsating, sometimes not. It is very loud. It sounds like a propeller airplane way off in the distance, but it doesnt go away. Or an 18-wheeler on a busy freeway,

Can go from a low humming noise to very loud humming noise/vibration in both ears which can be very hard to drown out. It's like a pulsating hum that is not a flat noise so to speak, like i

An endless, distant low rumbling like the sound of a truck engine, but much quieter. Its not terrifyingly loud but I cant help but notice it. When Im focused on something,

Low, constant, almost pulsing humlike that of the background engine noise of the Enterprise on Star Trek: TNG or the 'glowing' hum of the nuclear reactor on the Simpson's; a little rap
