A low hum in Greece, Komotini
low constant hum, like a factory ventilation. The apartments in my building have air-conditioners for heat and the outside units make a loud buzzing noise. I reduced the noise using isolation feet but only on my a/c. I don't know if that's relevant but the all-day buzzing noise that i'm hearing isn't the same.
