A low hum in Turkey, Izmir
It sounds like a truck's engine or a phone vibrating from distance. I did not know there were many people experiencing it. I always thought it was a noise that was coming from outdoor (like a car engine) but it is 2 AM right now and there were clearly no one outside when I heard the Hum.
