A low hum in Croatia, Zadar 23000
I hear the hum just in one location, my home. When I travel somewhere I don't hear it. I use ear plugs to isolate myself from traffic sounds but then I hear the hum better. I hear it at night in my bed. At first I thought that I hear washing machine somewhere in my building since electricity cost is lower at night, but noone washes their clothes every night at 3 am. There is no industry buildings around here. There are no trains.
