It's like hearing an engine idoling from far away with pulsations or when a refrigerator gets too close to a structure and the vibration channels to the upper room. Based on my pursuit to get to the bottom of this, I've noticed that a lot of people that were interviewed mentioned or agreed that it may be an inside source (from their own body) but I can assured you that this is an outside man-made noise. There are many factors but one is when it starts, I can feel and hear the different pulses or frequencies impacting me. I also feel it when it stops because the irritation goes away, along with the humming noise.
What they reported
First noticed: 2017

Where: Equal indoors and outdoors
Symptoms: Ear discomfort (pain, fullness, throbbing), Headache, Insomnia, Sense of vibration, Anxiety
