Red lights in Deux-S�vres, France
On August 16, 1980, at around 3:30 a.m., while returning from a public dance, a witness observed above a field an object shaped like a mushroom cap. With a diameter of 15 meters, it emitted a fairly intense red light. After approaching to about 400 meters, the witness became frightened and fled.
