White light in Landes, France
On November 26 at around 6 a.m., a farmer in a field noticed, seven or eight hundred meters away from him, a very bright white light source. This glow had a vertical movement of small amplitude, five or six meters above the ground. A dark spherical-shaped area was seen beneath this light. The on-site investigation revealed no traces on the ground. No military training flight was recorded at that time on the day of the observation. No other testimony was collected on this phenomenon, for which we lack information. The photographs taken by the gendarmes were not found in the gendarmerie file.
