On January 16, 1978 at around 6:10 PM, two witnesses observed for one minute a circular, luminous, phosphorescent white-yellow phenomenon. It moved at very high speed from north to south along a straight trajectory. During the movement, they noted that the object had a cylindrical shape with a red light, then that a luminous green color was visible at the front of the object. No noise was heard during the movement, but the phenomenon left a luminous trail. No other testimony was collected on this phenomenon, for which we lack information.
