An account in La R�union, France

A witness reports their various observations of UAPs in the sky, notably that of March 5, 2017, above the sea. That day, the witness observes for 30 minutes a yellow-orange cloud in which a black ball appears; the whole changes shape during the observation. Only one testimony is collected. This testimony is unusable for various reasons: - the information given is imprecise and concerns, without real distinction, different observations. - the photos/videos of the sky supposed to show the UAPs and "the invaders" in the sky correspond to the evolution of small luminous clouds at sunset (yet the black clouds not lit because in the sun's shadow have similar shapes) or else correspond to airplanes (here intriguing because with black wings and tail...). - the feeling of strangeness experienced by the witness seems to far exceed what the sky really shows them and, by that, the skills of GEIPAN. For example, the witness insisted on providing us with videos that are rather unintelligible but sufficient to understand that it was about exorcism. Consequently, GEIPAN classifies the case as C: lack of reliable information.
