On August 28, 1976 at around 4:30 a.m., a witness observed the passage of a luminous phenomenon in the overcast sky. A bright red ball at its center passed quickly and silently overhead and disappeared, hidden by the landscape. The dog accompanying the witness was frightened. This person subsequently saw a white glow in the shape of a half circle, motionless behind a curtain of trees, in the direction where the phenomenon had disappeared.
