On Sunday, September 6, 2015 at around 11:30 PM, a witness hears the distinctive noise of a device that has been flying over her neighborhood at night for several months. At midnight the noise starts again, but the witness turns off the radio and lights and opens the window of her fourth-floor apartment: she then observes three fixed silver lights and one flashing red light. The object's trajectory is straight. It passes over the building across the street, then disappears, hidden by the urban landscape. The observation repeats at 12:11 AM and 12:35 AM.
