On April 13, 2015 at 9:55 PM, a witness who regularly watches and knows the starry sky first observes an intense and brief white flash, then three static red balls forming a triangle. The phenomenon is silent. Its intensity, initially strong, decreases until the phenomenon disappears. The observation lasts less than 10 seconds. Only one testimony is collected. Of average strangeness and consistency (single witness, precise description), this case turns out to be a misidentification with a particular triplet of satellites: the Chinese military satellites Yaogan 16A, B and C (see the investigation report).
