A triangle shape in Seine-et-Marne, France
On March 3, 2015 at 9:30 a.m., a witness observed through a roof window the passage in the clear sky of a translucent sphere and a luminous white triangular object. The two objects disappeared toward the North in a straight trajectory. No particular noise was heard. The observation lasted less than 10 seconds in a reduced field of vision. No other testimony was collected on this phenomenon.
This testimony is very brief, observed through a narrow window, not allowing an evaluation of the trajectory of the phenomenon.
The translucent sphere could be a balloon carried by the South wind (see the Météociel report at Melun).
The triangle emitting flashes evokes an airplane. The Flightradar site indicates a possible candidate (see attached) in the witness's visibility, but this airplane flies high, and could not have appeared as a triangle, moreover it flies toward the Southeast, while the witness sees the objects leave toward the North.
A drone equipped with blinking LEDs can be considered, but verification is impossible without other clues.
The excessive brevity of the observation, and the narrowness of the field of view do not allow giving a consolidated opinion on this case of average strangeness, and weak consistency.
