On January 19, 2014 at 8:30 PM, a motorist on a highway observes in the sky three orange-colored luminous shapes moving slowly, under which he will pass. He then sees a sharp triangle. The wind is recorded as very weak, variable from South to East: weather. The behavior of the objects is compatible with objects carried by the wind. The orange color evokes the color of the flames of Thai lanterns. But the triangular shape described by the witness does not seem compatible with this hypothesis. This testimony is of medium to low consistency: the witness is driving his car and observes through the windshield; it is very difficult to estimate the real movement of the objects, because the witness is himself moving; GEIPAN has not received any other testimony of this phenomenon even though the area is very populated.
