On September 11, 2010 at 5:30 PM, several people observed the slow movement of about ten bright white points in the sky. No noise was heard during the observation, which lasted 10 minutes.
The photograph taken by the witness immediately pointed to a possible balloon flight. An internet search showed that a fashion show had taken place to the south-southwest of the observation location (information mentioned in a local press article). This show ended with a balloon release (information confirmed by the organizer contacted by GEIPAN) around 5:30 PM.
