An open record of things people cannot explain

An account in Jura, France

On September 19, 2010, several people observe around 4:30 p.m. five to seven bright white dots that intrigue them. No trail and no noise are noticed during the slow northeast movement of the objects. During the forty-minute observation, photographs were taken. Only one person gives testimony and sends us the original and annotated photographs. The characteristics of the observation (2 then several white dots drifting fairly slowly "as if carried by the wind") as well as photos P1070304 and P1070306 very likely show a flight of balloons. The witness himself mentions the hypothesis of "meteorological sounding balloons." The date of the observation (Sunday afternoon) could correspond to a flight of small festive balloons. This case presents a low level of strangeness. It is very likely explained by a flight of balloons.
