Red lights in Bas-Rhin, France
Testimony of an observation made in spring 2000 (without day, month, or time: arbitrary date of 01/05/2000) and collected in 2008.
One evening in spring 2000, a 13-year-old adolescent observes a red light on the living room wall that seems to come from outside. The witness then sees, for a few seconds, behind a windowpane, a motionless shape that disappears instantly. Only one testimony was collected.
This is a testimony that cannot be exploited by GEIPAN. Indeed, the witness does not describe a UAP (unidentified aerospace phenomenon) but one or more glows on the ground, or on a wall, with no possibility of linking it to a UAP because no UAP is described. All of it reported 8 or 9 years later, without a precise date.
