I have been both sick as a dog, and out of town. Dreams have been so crazy. At one point, I was nightmaring lucidly about the Saw movies, which I do not even watch (Saw 1-3, then gave up.), …

NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID Good morning! I meditated for twenty minutes before bed last night, and it felt great! I focused on my breathing and tried stimulating the "chakra pathways" a bit. I do not want to start storing energy before I am fully "warmed up" yet. Anyways I also took some B6 and omega-3 just before bed. Two hours later I woke up from one of the worst nightmares I have ever had in my life. 2.14: My nightmare I do not know where I am, but I cannot move. I get these flashes of raw emotions from every direction and from what I can make out, I am lying in a bathtub and I am dying. The sheer terror of it all makes me scream at the top of my lungs and my voice amplifies tenfold by the bathroom walls. I black out... I wake up a few moments later and the same thing is happening. I notice the bathtub is filled with money and there is a shotgun nearby. I still cannot move and it is all very frightening. I black out again... I do not know how many times this happened or for how long, but it went on for a LONG time. When I finally wake up and could move again, I was exhausted. The shotgun is still there I notice but it is not a normal shotgun. "It makes your memories go away. You will not die if you shoot yourself in the head with it" I think. I decide to leave it where it is, and I send a text message to my friend <PERSON>. I check the time: 22.00. "Damn, I have been sleeping for like 24 hours" I say to try to stabilize myself. I am still very groggy and I fear I will go back to that horrible state. I call my mom on the phone and she answers. I tell her what happened and expect some sympathy. "Oh well, you continue sitting by the computer!" she tells me like it is the computer's fault. I wake up. 4.00: Fragment *I am drinking different kinds of whiskey with my sisters and my brother. We are measuring the liquid with large syringes. 7.30: Fragment *Something about outdated milk-based drinks. There is fudge, strawberry and something else. Only one of them was good enough to drink. Amount of sleep: 7 1/2 hours Food before bed: 150mg B6 and 2 omega-3 pills That is it! I was pretty shaken up by the nightmare and I could not go back to sleep for like 40 minutes. Anyways it was a cool experience, but I do not want to have that experience again. A dream within a dream, in which I am having a Sleep Paralysis. Keep on dreaming, HARE BRA!
