Non-dream Dream Lucid Nightmare Fragments False awakening Early awakening I am laying in bed, trying out a WILD for the third time. Hypnagogia starts, and I lay still for a long while. Then I fail... I fall asleep. The first time I tryed it I got into sleep paralyzis and violent vibrations and humming sounds started, that time I got scared and forced my body to wake up. Anyways: I Am playing bass guitar in front o my computer, like I use to do (the computer is located next to my bed). After playing for a while, thinking it sounds real good. I am thinking/saying "How did I learn this song?" "Ah, who cares..." and I continue to playing. The song I Am playing to is Army Of Bono by Clutch. The fact that I do not really know this song and that I was playing on frets that I am sure are really wrong, should be able to make me lucid, but I did not get that. When I listen more closely to my bass I say "Why the fuck is it sounding like a distorted guitar?". After a while I get it... and say "Haha, I Am dreaming!". I have had a lot really good lucid dreams before but I get exited now anyway, there is so much I want to do since I have read about what other people do in their dreams. I wake up early... or did I? I Am in bed, and I Am paralyzed. Suddenly I hear everyting I said/thinked in my dream fast forwarded, like in a horror movie or something. I wake up for real.
