Deep humming sound constant yet if i move my head it pauses it kind of sounds like when youre on top of a ferry during the night through the sea It gives me alot of anxiety and stress. I feel sick and i feel like crying often during night because of it. I often feel like scratching my ears out and it scares me. No one ive ever asked about it understands It sounds scary and big but im so thankful im not the only one. Im not sure if this means anything, but to me it sounds like the ocean at night. Also, i dont know if this effects anything but i also suffer with visual snow.
