A low, wave-like humming or droning, which can be 'felt' (my body buzzes uncomfortably) and heard. The sound fluctuates. It pulses, deepens, speeds up, slows down, stops for a second then restarts. It actually jolted by body awake one night. It's driving me mad. I just want to go to sleep. I've tried playing nature sounds on a CD by the bed, but the humming is still there underneath.
