Low rumbling / deep bass I see that some of the questions are related to medicines of an ototoxic or psychotropic nature, but I think that including questions about current level of psychosocial and socioeconomic stressors could be highly beneficial, as stress often manifests itself as muscular tension. I do know that tension in cranial muscles can affect auditory perception in the form of deep rumbling/chopping noises.
