A low hum in USA, Clearwater

Low vibrational hum I'd like to note I estimated time I first started hearing it. I can't recall for certain when I first heard it . It may have been even longer, as I have had triubkensleeoing fir years and I've been complaining about this specifically for a long time due to the vibrational component as it seems this last year I noticed it effects my heart rhythm and my nerves. I actually thought it was comming from next door- maybe something running in their garage, until aboit a year ago I went out one night when it was particularly bad and it silent there. It was silent outside. I walked back in and immediately it was there again only in my bedroom. There is nothing in my house that is causing it...I've checked everything. Recently I just happened to notice I can see rings -sound waves -in my water bottle on my dresser by my bed. Finally I have visual proof of what I hear and feel. This is only heard and felt on the north side of my home-mostly in my room on the north east side of the house. Also, regarding pain relievers, in my 20s and 30s I suffered from migraines so I tried using all of those things at times, but generally I avoid any kind of meds as much as possible-only as a last resort.. Last antibiotic I took was about 25 years ago-a 10day Z-pack. I hope this helps. I play soft music to try to tune out my tinnitus and the hum each night to help me sleep, but I still hear it and feel it.
