A low hum in USA, Grants Pass

loud constant deep hum with a sense of vibration I hear this everywhere I go. Started hearing it in Phoenix, AZ in 2010...after 4G cell service went live, now that 5G is rolling out...this hum is way louder. Maybe I'm hearing the RF wave from the cell towers. I think it's some sort of communication waves...this type of communication started increasing distance/power back in the 70's when people started hearing this.

Low frequency hum, always same frequency, I'd estimate around 50hz (at least my perception). I only hear it at/in my home, if I'm at another location, I don't think I've ever heard of it.
