A low hum in Minnesota Lake, Minnesota

Low frequency throbbing hum that can be heard louder indoors, but also outside as well. This hum seems to be the source of my exhaustion and inflammation and brain fog. I hear it constantly when I am at the country house and wake up after 8-11 hours of sleep so exhausted, stiff and full of inflammation that it takes me hours to get moving. When I am at my condo in the city, I do not hear the hum at all, and I wake up after 6-8 hours of sleep fairly alert and ready to get something done.

What they reported

First noticed: 2020

Pitch: 57 hertz sine

Loudest: Equal night and day

Where: Indoors

Symptoms: Ear discomfort (pain, fullness, throbbing), Headache, Insomnia, Sense of vibration, Anxiety, Exhaustion, irritability

Changes with weather: I hear it less when it is windy, and much more when it is calm. I thought it may be related to the fact that the house I am in has concrete floors and steel siding and roof, since I am much more bothered by it when I am indoors. However, on a calm day I am also bothered by it when I am in a 100 year old concrete shed on the opposite side of the property.
