Buzzing in Dublin, Ireland

Low rumble similar to engine I have an air filtration system with a fan, that my husband thinks is the sound I describe, but I can hear that clearly at about 60hz and this is lower so I know it's not that. I can also hear the general electricity buzz and can't sleep with things plugged in charging in the room or nearby. Again, it's not the same sound at all. This is lower frequency and has no source I've ever been able to find. My headphones are not the best so the frequency testing may be approximate.
