A low hum in Germany, Winsen Luhe

At least two resonating layers of a deep, sinewave-type humming sound similar to a distant concrete mixer or idling garbage truck. Base frequency approx 65-67Hz which seems to oscillate at a frequency of 1-2Hz in irregular yet recurring patterns. Symptoms: Insomnia, sense of "restriction" due to permanence and invasiveniss of noise, difficulty finding rest
