both described a low hum
Des Moines, Iowa · 2019-03-15 · from the WORLDHUMMAP archive
A very low sound that has a vibration to it. Recently - we've been playing rain sounds from a smart speaker at night. When the hum comes around - I can still hear it. I've always felt it was something coming from deep in the earth and into my senses, somehow. Doesn't cause anxiety - but it does keep me awake sometimes.
