A low hum in Singapore, Sunrise estate
low frequency, constant humming sounds. can get softer or louder. lived in this area for over 20 years and i'm very sure what vehicles/planes sounds like over here. i still hear the car / plane sounds even when the hum is going on. there is an underground construction going on i think for a few years now. That's about 10mins drive from where i am and the construction is still going strong for the past years but the sound stopped before i think Apr/May 2017 and i noticed it's coming back now.
